Costa Rica a land of waves features footage taken at the Toes to the Nose surf contest held in Boca Barranca and a surf break along the western shore at Hermosa Beach. The break at Boca Barranca is one of the longest longboard waves in the world. Its been said you can ride a wave for as long as four to five minutes.
